Refunds. Your subscription starts as soon as you pay. A payment is non-refundable once the service has been used — that is, once a sanctions search has been run on your account, or by anyone in your team, after paying. If no search has been run, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of paying. A renewal is not refundable: cancel before it is due if you do not want it. See our terms.
